Creating Listings:

• When creating a listing, you must provide accurate and complete information about the property, including the rental terms, pricing, and any other relevant details.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your listings and ensuring that your listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Imported Listings:

• Some listings on sublease.ai may be imported from other data sources such as WhatsApp groups, newsgroups, Facebook, and other platforms.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of these imported listings.
• You acknowledge that any reliance on the content of imported listings is at your own risk.

Subleasing Agreements:

• sublease.ai is not a party to any subleasing agreements between members. All agreements are between the listing owner and the sublessee.
• You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and for the acts and omissions of any individuals who reside or are otherwise present at the property at your request or invitation.

5. Fees and Payments

Service Fees:

• sublease.ai may charge service fees for using certain features of the platform. Any applicable fees will be displayed to you before you use the feature.

Payments:

• All payments for subleases are to be made directly between the listing owner and the sublessee. sublease.ai does not handle or process payments on behalf of members.

6. Use of WhatsApp

Communication:

• Members can use WhatsApp to communicate with each other and join our WhatsApp group to see listings and communicate.
• By using WhatsApp for communication, you agree to comply with WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Violating any local, state, provincial, national, or other law or regulation, or any order of a court.
• Using our services for any commercial or other purposes that are not expressly permitted by these Terms.
• Copying, storing, or otherwise accessing any information contained on the platform for purposes not expressly permitted by these Terms.
• Infringing the rights of any person or entity, including their intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
• Engaging in any behavior that is fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

• sublease.ai is not responsible for the safety, condition, or suitability of any property listed on the platform. All rental agreements are made directly between the listing owner and the sublessee, and we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using a rented property. Users agree to assume all risks associated with renting or occupying any property arranged through sublease.ai.

Limitation of Liability:

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, sublease.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
